Orders are stored on a secure server. Our automated Payments System removes your credit card details once payment is processed - this is literally almost instantaneous in the vast majority of cases. You can monitor the state of your order by signing back in using your VIP details. Orders are usually shipped in under 12 hours from order, although this may be slightly longer for orders placed on our weekend. We will notify you when your order ships. For Insured Orders, we will display a tracking code in your order reference. Purchases & Pricing Policy
We regularly review our pricing to maintain a highly competitive service. The pricing you see on screen may avry from time to time as you visit the site. Our base currency is the NZD, but we display all prices in USD. Our price usually does not alter, so any variations in price you note are due to currency movements and the respective strength or weakness of the NZD and USD.
