I've always had an interest in the health of my clients and I particularly noted that some of my older COPD ( Chronic Obstructive Airways Disease ) patients could be heard coming - a marked wheeze, a hunched shoulders shuffle. Invariably, lifelong smokers and many introduced to cigarettes by allowance whlist on active duty in WW2.
